Key responsibilities
- Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights and MRA data to identify issues and provide suggestions related to requisition fulfillment challenges.
- Provide client decision support regarding appropriate worker classification.
- Provide clients with supplier optimization recommendations, and assist Supplier Relations with contract terminations as needed.
- Deliver supplier scorecards, and corrective actions or probation related to contract violations.
- Affiliate with suppliers and contract negotiations as needed to support programs.
- Identify and resolve issues that arise.
- Maintain and monitor daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports to identify trends, gaps, opportunities.
- Work with the client to monitor program satisfaction (stakeholders & hiring managers), provides order fulfillment coaching to team members.
- Work with the client to monitor supplier satisfaction, provide necessary coaching to suppliers.
- Interpret data with market context and industry insights for client review.
- Provide updates and recommend best practices for program and/or system enhancements.
- Develop and manage projects related to program/team development and improvement.
