About the role
Drive execution across a complex, multi-workstream transformation program. Collaborate with business, technology, vendors, change, and risk teams to manage program plans, dependencies, risks, and overall delivery. Bring structure to ambiguous, evolving initiatives while proactively advancing work through to completion. Manage stakeholder and executive expectations, ensuring alignment and clear communication. Support enterprise transformation efforts by facilitating planning, issue resolution, and decision-making processes.
Requirements
- 6–9 years of project / program management experience.
- Large, complex program experience managing multiple workstreams.
- Cross-functional leadership experience.
- Strong stakeholder and executive management skills.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments with strong communication and status reporting skills.
