Program Manager

About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across construction operations. This role will drive production performance, oversee key programs, and partner closely with plant leadership, engineering, and supply chain teams. This is a high-impact position focused on plant operations, continuous improvement, and program execution within a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple manufacturing and operations programs in the construction business from planning through execution
• Partner with plant operations, engineering, and supply chain to ensure on-time production and delivery
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, operational excellence)
• Oversee production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization
• Manage program timelines, budgets, and performance metrics
• Identify risks within production, supply chain, and operations and implement mitigation plans
• Support capital projects, including equipment installation and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety standards (OSHA) and company policies
• Provide regular reporting and updates to senior leadership
