Program Manager
Role Overview
We are hiring expert evaluators in program management / implementation planning to review and assess AI-generated work products (documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks) for accuracy, rigor, and domain quality. You will apply deep subject-matter expertise to grade outputs on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics.
- Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
- Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI-generated outputs.
- Ensure outputs meet professional standards for program management and implementation planning.
- Work independently in a remote, hourly engagement with flexible scheduling.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in program management or implementation planning.
- Native or professional fluency in English.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Google Slides and PowerPoint.
- Ability to assess technical accuracy and presentation quality in written and visual formats.
- Experience providing detailed, actionable feedback for improvement.
