Program Manager
This role is designed as 'Hybrid' with a requirement to work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Responsibilities
- Manage and lead programs involving multiple functions and project teams to drive engineering development and implementation for product or service offerings.
- Develop and direct schedules, critical deliverables, budgets, and resource allocation plans for assigned programs.
- Oversee activities of supporting project teams and internal development partners, adjusting schedules and resources based on analysis of business information to meet product requirements.
- Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborate with management and internal partners to resolve escalated issues and ensure adherence to budgets and roadmaps.
- Drive innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects within the manufacturing and engineering organization.
- Provide guidance, leadership, and mentoring to less experienced staff members.
- Engage with external parties such as standards bodies and partners as needed to support program objectives.
- Drive global security and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
- Typically, 6+ years of relevant program or project management experience.
- PMP/PMI certification preferred.
- Flexible working hours and schedule to coordinate across global teams.
- Demonstrated success managing all aspects of programs, including scope, schedule, budget, and cross-functional resource coordination.
- Proven ability to communicate program plans, proposals, and results and negotiate options at senior management levels.
- Experience working with internal manufacturing and development partners in a matrixed environment.
Skills
- Extensive experience with project and program planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable program plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Familiarity with engineering development processes, product lifecycle management, and quality frameworks.

Pay
The expected salary/wage range for this position varies by location:
- United States of America: Annual Salary USD 111,000 - 211,000 in Colorado
- USD 120,000 - 228,000 in Massachusetts
- USD 120,000 - 243,000 in California
- USD 105,500 - 243,000 in Georgia, Minnesota, New Jersey, North Carolina, Texas, and Wisconsin
The listed salary range reflects base salary. Variable incentives may also be offered.
