Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross functional project teams to deliver high-quality results within scope and schedule
- Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
- Monitor project progress, identify and address issues or risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Implement agile methodologies to improve efficiency, transparency, and collaboration within the project team
- Cookordination with business stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives with overall business goals
- Conduct post project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices
Skill Requirements
- Strong proficiency in program management principles and practices
- Solid understanding and experience in agile methodology and frameworks (e.g., scrum, kanban)
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively motivate teams and collaborate with stakeholders
- Able to make strategic decisions, prioritize tasks, and solve problems efficiently under pressure
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Proficiency in project management tools and software for planning, monitoring, and reporting progress
Other Requirements
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) are a plus.
Pay
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
