Program Manager

About the role

Lead multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk logs. Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and drive accountability across teams. Partner with business, operations, finance, product, engineering, and other functional teams to align priorities and drive execution. Manage project intake and support prioritization of new requests. Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of program or project management experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Workforce planning and budget management experience
