About the role
- Drive product roadmaps and align cross-functionally to guide design/development and prioritize work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Work closely with senior leaders, scientists, software engineers, and product teams to deliver on complex, ambiguous business problems requiring cross-organizational innovation and project delivery.
- Act as a leader to set team vision, articulate clear goals and priorities, and ensure delivery excellence.
- Proactively remove roadblocks, foster innovation, and manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle business escalations with a data-driven approach, developing and driving strategic initiatives while also executing hands-on.
- Provide clear, comprehensive, and timely status updates, including decisions, tradeoffs, and escalations needed to remove obstacles.
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 5+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
- 5+ years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
- Experience defining KPIs/SLAs to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
