- Grow programs through strong execution, excellent member communication, community building, consistent service, and thoughtful program oversight.
- Ensure applicable laws, regulations, safety requirements, employee certifications, company policies, and HFAC operating standards are consistently followed throughout assigned departments.
- Support Fitness and Group Exercise operations and initiatives as assigned by the AGM.
- Improve communication and accountability within assigned programs through regular staff meetings, written updates, reporting, clear expectations, and consistent follow-through.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, employee schedules, certifications, safety records, department documentation, and member-facing program information.
- Provide visible, hands-on leadership throughout the Club, including regular presence on the pool deck and in program areas to observe operations, coach employees, address member concerns, and reinforce standards in real time. This position includes evening and weekend work.
- Under the direction of the AGM, ensure assigned programming areas are safe, clean, appropriately staffed, service-focused, and aligned with overall Club operations.
- Serve as a member of HFAC's Manager on Duty team, including opening and closing the facility, responding to incidents, supporting employees, resolving operational concerns, and consistently enforcing Club policies with members, guests, and employees.
- Handle member and employee concerns calmly, professionally, and in accordance with HFAC policies, established authority, and chain of command.
