Program Manager

As a member of the project delivery team, the Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of complex projects. This role requires a deep understanding of project management methodologies, policies, and procedures, as well as strong communication and leadership skills.

Your Impact

In the absence of a defined project delivery methodology, the Program Manager is tasked with developing standards for project delivery, organizational change management, budget management, and scope management. They are also responsible for assembling and coordinating the program operations leadership team, building and managing a team of project managers, and ensuring efficient resource utilization.

Minimum Qualifications

• BS level education or equivalent in a related field plus a minimum of 12 years of related experience
• Minimum of 8 years of enterprise technology platforms, software development, and business application implementation project management experience
• PMP or PgMP certification required

Additional Success Factors

• Large scale ERP implementation (or equivalent) project management experience
• Technology project management in a health-care environment is strongly preferred
• Proficiency using Smartsheet or MS Project and/or other scheduling tools and managing complex dependency-based project plans
• Experience communicating with cross-functional teams and being the champion for business technology projects
• Strong planning, communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills
