Who We Are: Our story began in 2011 when a group of office workers at a major logistics company in Chicago had a lunch problem. Nearby options were limited and the team was spending too much time and money traveling to their favorite restaurants. They had an idea: bring Chicago's local restaurant culture inside the office to sell food. It was an immediate hit. When they discovered people from other companies sneaking into their office, they knew they were on to something. Fooda pioneered the concept of rotating popup restaurants inside offices. Today, we operate in 60 cities with over 100 million meals served and continue to grow rapidly. Powered by technology and a network of 1500+ restaurants, we feed hungry people at work through a platform of unique food programs located within companies, office buildings, hospitals, schools, distribution centers, and more. Requirements Who You Are: You have 4-6 years of experience in operations, hospitality, food service, event management, account management, or a similar service-focused environmentYou have experience directly supervising employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance managementYou are available to work a fixed, primarily nighttime schedule onsite five days per weekYou are willing and able to provide weekend on-call coverageYou are comfortable working onsite in a high-volume, fast-paced construction environmentYou remain calm and solutions-focused when handling service disruptions, staffing challenges, and escalationsYou are highly organized and able to manage multiple locations, schedules, partners, and deadlinesYou build strong relationships with clients, employees, restaurant partners, and cross-functional teamsYou communicate clearly and professionally with frontline employees and senior stakeholdersYou are comfortable using Excel, scheduling and payroll systems, dashboards, and other internal toolsYou use operational data and feedback to solve problems and improve performanceYou are dependable, proactive, and willing to step in wherever needed to support successful service delivery Benefits What We'll Hook You Up With Competitive market salary and stock options, based on experienceComprehensive health, dental and vision plans401k retirement plan with company matchPaid maternity and parental leave benefitsFlexible spending accountsCompany issued laptopDaily subsidized lunch program (ours!)
