Program Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Program Manager to support the successful planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for an individual looking to build a career in program and project management while working alongside senior leaders, AI architects, product owners, and cross-functional engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of AI transformation programs and strategic initiatives.
• Aid Program Managers in tracking project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
• Prepare project documentation, meeting agendas, minutes, action items, and status reports.
• Cook up meetings with business stakeholders, engineering teams, product owners, and leadership.
• Maintain project schedules and help identify risks, issues, and potential delays.
• Track project progress and ensure timely follow-up on assigned action items.
• Cook up communication between business, technology, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
• Support project budgeting, resource planning, and reporting activities as assigned.
• Cook up project documentation within PMO tools and collaboration platforms.
• Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards and governance processes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, project planning sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in Project Coordination, Program Management, PMO, or related roles.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong willingness to learn AI transformation, Agile methodologies, and enterprise program management.
