Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of programs, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and objectives are met within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while ensuring compliance with aerospace industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and manage program budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure cost-effective execution.
• Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to drive program success.
• Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide regular status reports, presentations, and updates to senior leadership and customers.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated Project Management, Budgeting, and Resource Allocation Skills
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar
• Strong knowledge of aerospace design, manufacturing, and certification processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Working knowledge of AS9100 & NADCAP standards
• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in Engineering, Business, or related field
