Location: Kansas City, Missouri | Duration: Multi-Year Contract

About the role

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and senior leadership to define project scope, roadmap, and value realization. Establish program governance, manage dependencies, risks, and provide regular executive reporting. Drive adoption and change management strategies to ensure successful implementation of initiatives. Translate complex technical work into clear, business-focused updates for leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing AI, data, or advanced analytics programs in an agile environment
• Highly proactive, self-directed, and comfortable navigating ambiguity and change
• Strong executive presence with effective communication skills at the C-suite level
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive decision-making processes
• Experience working across technical and business teams, fostering collaboration and alignment
