About the role

As a Program Manager at ESM Corp, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. Your responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, managing resources, and ensuring project success.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in project management
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of project risk management

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
