Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile program teams to deliver enterprise IT solutions, with a focus on VMware-based environments
• Oversee delivery of programs across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups as needed across program teams
• Track and report on program performance including risks, issues, budgets, milestones, dependencies, and customer feedback
• Cook up coordination with Resource Managers to ensure the right skillsets are aligned to program needs across multiple initiatives
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure alignment across project teams within the broader program

Requirements

• 6+ years of program management experience delivering IT infrastructure or cloud-based programs
• Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Agile program leadership
• Proficient with Agile project/program tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution skills
• Experience leading cross-functional, customer-facing teams in fast-paced environments
• PMP and/or Agile certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe) required
• Experience or familiarity with VMware technologies (e.g., VCF, vSphere, vSAN, NSX, Aria Suite) preferred
