Client and Partner EA Program Overview Emerge is seeking a Program Manager to support the joint Enterprise Agreement program in a highly visible, cross-company role. You will be accountable for the operational backbone of a program in its early stages: owning the target account list, driving deliverables and milestones to closure, and coordinating enablement across two sales organizations and their partner ecosystems. The PM will work across Client and Partner teams to turn program strategy into tracked, executable activity. Job Responsibilities Own and maintain the joint Client and Partner target account list, including account scrubbing, prioritization, and ongoing updates as opportunities and account status evolve. Build and manage the 30, 60, and 90 day program plan, clearly defining owners, milestones, dependencies, and status updates for the broader program team. Track deliverables and action items across Client and Partner teams, proactively following up on open items and driving workstreams to timely closure. Consolidate Client and Partner content into a cohesive seller-facing enablement deck and maintain a simplified sales version that supports consistent field execution. Coordinate enablement activities across both organizations, including regional seller sessions, systems engineer sessions, and partner-focused sessions. Support partner onboarding and program readiness activities, including maintaining target partner lists and coordinating follow-up across partner stakeholders. Maintain executive sponsor mapping and prepare clear, executive-ready materials for quarterly business reviews and leadership updates. Identify and communicate program risks, gaps, dependencies, and unowned items to program leadership in a timely manner, helping ensure issues receive appropriate visibility and ownership. Qualifications Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience. 3 or more years of program or project management experience within the technology industry. Demonstrated experience coordinating initiatives across multiple organizations, business units, or partner companies. Working knowledge of enterprise sales motions; experience with channel or partner programs is a plus. Strong command of tracking and reporting tools, with advanced spreadsheet and presentation skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to lead meetings, establish clear action items, and drive consistent follow-up. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and bring structure, clarity, and accountability to programs that are still taking shape. Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across teams without direct authority. Work Environment No relocation. Hiring location, United States. Competitive benefits package.
