Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily workflows, tasks, and scheduling for prime and subcontractor personnel across multiple facilities. Ensure continuous operational coverage.
- Complete initial site orientation on local system configurations (e.g., Lenel, DISS) and assume sole responsibility for training subsequent contract personnel.
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Contractor Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to achieve required security outcomes.
- Manage shift scheduling, verify workforce qualifications, and submit required documentation to the COR. Provide updated personnel rosters monthly.
- Ensure immediate retrieval of all Government-issued items (badges, property, keys) within 24 hours of any employee's departure.
Requirements
- Must be a United States citizen and must possess and maintain an active SECRET personnel security clearance.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Baseline proficiency with standard security tracking tools (e.g., DISS) and Microsoft Office Suite / SharePoint.
Pay
Salary range: $60,000 - $75,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position with flexible working hours to accommodate shifts at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG).
