Pay
Compensation for this grade ranges from $52,360 to $78,530 per year. The offered rate will vary based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
We need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: location, classification (Exempt, grade J), maybe we could include in About the role or a separate section? There's no heading for location/classification; we could incorporate into About the role paragraph or a separateafter About the role? The instruction: do not repeat job title as heading; we can include location etc in About the role paragraph or a separate
but not as a heading. Since we have About the role already, we could add location and classification there. However we must preserve all substantive info. The location: "University City - Philadelphia, PA". Classification: "This position is classified as Exempt, grade J." Also mention benefits brochure reference. We could add a short paragraph after About the role: maybe under About the role we add another
with location and classification. Or we could add a separate heading like "Details" but not allowed headings list. Better to incorporate into About the role. Thus About the role could have two paragraphs: first the summary, second location and classification. Also mention "Please note that the offered rate for this position will vary based on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review." Already in Pay. Also mention "Applicants are encouraged to explore the Professional Staff salary structure and Compensation Guidelines & Policies for more details on Drexel’s compensation framework." That's also pay-related; could add to Pay paragraph. Also "For information about benefits, please review Drexel’s Benefits Brochure ." Since we are not creating Benefits section, we could mention that in a short paragraph maybe under About the role or after Pay? But we should not create Benefits section; we can include that sentence somewhere else, maybe in a
after Pay? But the instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." That sentence is not boilerplate; it's a reference to benefits brochure. It's substantive? It's a pointer to benefits info. Might be considered substantive but we are not making a Benefits section; we could include it in a
after Pay as a note. However the instruction says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state benefits exist via brochure, but we are not making a Benefits section; we can still mention it in a paragraph elsewhere. Probably safe to include a short note after Pay: "
For information about benefits, please review Drexel’s Benefits Brochure.
" Also "Special Instructions to the Applicant Please make sure you upload your CV/resume and cover letter when submitting your application. A review of applicants will begin once a suitable candidate pool is identified." That's application instructions; we must remove application instructions. So we should drop that. Also "Please review the Equivalency Chart for additional information." That's part of Required Qualifications; we should keep that as part of the requirement bullet. Now check for duplicated lines: we have not duplicated. Now ensure we didn't miss any essential function details: we captured all bullet points from the essential functions list. Let's verify original text: Essential Functions Manage didactic curriculumPlan, initiate, and coordinate classroom scheduling.Prepare Excel spreadsheet with additional classroom requests to CNHP.
