Program Manager
About the role
This position is based in Clementon, NJ and oversees our group home. The Program Manager reports directly to the Program Director and works with other dedicated professionals who share a passion for helping individuals in need.

Responsibilities
- Plans and implements the occupational, recreational, social, and other developmental plans designed for each individual in their care.
- Ensures the internal and external facilities of the program are maintained to present Devereux as a good neighbor and welcomed member of the community.
- Oversees all staff within their assigned program(s), including hiring, performance management, attendance management, payroll accuracy, and training compliance.
- Ensures all shifts within the program are adequately covered.
- Supervises the planning, implementation, and documentation of programs designed to meet the social, emotional, physical, and personal needs of individuals.
- Plans and participates in group outings for individuals.
- Manages shopping for the home’s necessities, such as food, clothing, and household items.
- Schedules and transports individuals to doctor’s appointments, shopping trips, and day programs/schools.
Requirements
- Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor's in a related field preferred).
- Valid non-provisional driver's license.
- Ability to attend ten days of paid onsite orientation on weekdays.
- One year of supervisory experience in a child/adult behavioral health care agency.
- Two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities in a community setting preferred.
- Empathetic with a team approach to care for individuals.

Pay
Salary: $58,000 - $68,000
