Program Manager

About the role

The Program Manager at Devereux is responsible for overseeing group home programs, implementing occupational, recreational, social, and developmental plans, managing staff, and ensuring the facility is a welcoming community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement occupational, recreational, social, and developmental plans for individuals in care.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the program facilities.
• Hire, manage, and train staff, ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations.
• Schedule and transport individuals to necessary appointments and activities.
• Plan and organize group outings and shopping trips for individuals.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Valid non-provisional driver's license.
• One year of supervisory experience in a child/adult behavioral health care agency.
• Two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities in a community setting.
• Empathetic and team-oriented approach to care.

Qualifications

• Must adhere to Devereux's zero-tolerance policy for abuse.
• Must be able to attend ten days of paid onsite orientation on weekdays.

Pay

$58,000 - $68,000 annually.
