Responsibilities

• Oversee overall management and daily operations of the diagnostic and evaluation program, including staff supervision, program performance, operational processes, and compliance.
• Provide leadership to assigned staff, manage program resources, monitor service delivery and outcomes, and implement process improvements for efficient and effective operations.
• Maintain positive relationships with community partners and stakeholders and represent Damar in the community.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and other meetings as assigned.
