About the role
Serves as the primary interface between contractor personnel and the client. Provides overall leadership, coordination, and oversight for contract execution, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and timely support services. Responsible for program cost, schedule, and performance management, while advising federal leadership and enabling mission success through structured program management, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) to the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and government stakeholders
- Plan, execute, and oversee all program activities in alignment with the client’s strategic priorities
- Manage program cost, schedule, and performance in accordance with contract requirements and agency expectations
- Provide strategic, technical, and operational guidance to federal leadership
- Facilitate coordination among cross-functional teams, agency stakeholders, and external partners
- Track, assess, and report program progress, risks, issues, and performance outcomes
- Support the development and implementation of process improvements and best practices
- Ensure all program deliverables meet established quality, compliance, and timeliness standards
- Lead and participate in program meetings, briefings, and formal status updates
- Ensure adherence to federal contract compliance requirements and internal company policies
Requirements
- Contractor personnel shall meet the following minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years experience in a related field OR Associate’s degree with a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience managing federal programs or government contracts
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Qualifications (if Applicable)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
- Experience supporting policy-driven, operational, or mission-critical federal programs
