Program Manager

About the role

The Program Manager role supports the CBL Battle Lab Facility at Fort Gordon, GA. This contract aims to provide experimentation support to the C-CDID, integrating various cyber capabilities such as Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C2ISR), Electronic Warfare (EW), and Information Assurance (IA) through the Cyber Battle Lab's Experimentation Branch, Environments Support Branch, and APEN Cyber Enterprise Service Center.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate work schedules, and resolve minor concerns/issues
• Complete administrative tasks associated with the contract
• Ensure all deliverables described in the PWS are delivered on time
• Provide analysis of project requirements and accurate cost estimates
• Provide project coordination and process improvements through the Quality Control Plan
• Provide and gather required information to assist with coordination support efforts
• Be proficient in conflict resolution
• Possess the skill sets to supervise contractor employees
• Capable of coordinating work schedules/assignments of contractor employees
• Able to communicate orally and in writing with COR

Requirements

• At least ten years of management experience or equivalent on similar government contracts
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) training at a minimum and PMO certification preferred
• Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility

Qualifications

The Program Manager must be familiar with all duties and qualifications set forth in the contract. They should possess the necessary skills to supervise contractor employees, coordinate work schedules/assignments, and communicate effectively with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
