This is a Hybrid role with travel to New Jersey as needed (approximately 10% travel).

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale infrastructure, cloud migration, and cybersecurity programs from initiation through deployment.
• Manage multiple workstreams including cloud transformation, datacenter modernization, network upgrades, identity management, and security initiatives.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and executive-level status reporting.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Security, Architecture, Operations, and Business leaders to ensure alignment of technology initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Drive governance activities, steering committee meetings, and executive communications.
• Oversee cloud adoption programs across Azure, AWS, and hybrid environments.
• Manage infrastructure modernization initiatives involving servers, storage, networking, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, disaster recovery, and resiliency programs.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and enterprise governance standards.
• Lead vendor and partner relationships, including contract management, SOW review, and delivery oversight.
• Facilitate Agile and Waterfall execution methodologies while promoting best practices across program teams.
• Identify and mitigate program risks while ensuring successful delivery of business outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Program or Project Management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.
• 5+ years managing Infrastructure, Cloud, and/or Security programs.
• Experience delivering enterprise cloud migrations and modernization programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing program budgets exceeding $5M.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.
• Experience leading infrastructure initiatives.
• Experience managing cybersecurity-related initiatives, including Identity & Access Management (IAM), Risk Management, Compliance, Governance, or Security Operations.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
