Dignitas, a By Light company, is seeking a strong and experienced Program Manager for a large multi-year single award IDIQ contract.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Senior Program Manager and act on his behalf as his Deputy in all Program Management functions, including financial management, subcontractor management, schedule management, customer interface, and internal team leadership.
• Assist mission partners and customers to assess their needs, provide information, resolve problems, and satisfy their requirements.
• Perform monthly status briefings.
• Lead a team to ensure program execution, including subcontractors.
• Track and maintain cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, risks and opportunities, process improvement initiatives, and common execution metrics.
• Lead follow‑on proposal efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business management, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in project and resource management.
• DoD contract experience.

Qualifications

• Preferred PMP or DAWIA Advanced certification.
• NAWCTSD customer experience.
• Earned value management experience.
• DoD modeling, simulation, and training background.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
