Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program delivery for complex, multi-workstream initiatives across technology, operations, compliance, and product teams
- Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, including status reporting, RAID management, steering committees, and milestone tracking
- Partner with senior stakeholders and leadership to define scope, prioritize deliverables, and ensure strategic alignment across competing initiatives
- Drive dependency management and risk mitigation across programs, proactively identifying and escalating issues before they impact delivery
- Strategic and hands-on — able to set direction and influence at a senior level while being close enough to execution to unblock workstreams and drive delivery directly
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, legal, compliance, and operations teams to deliver integrated outcomes
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocation models, and delivery roadmaps
- Introduce and embed best practices for program and project management within the Change & Delivery function, raising the bar for delivery discipline across the organisation
- Provide clear, concise, and accurate reporting to senior leadership on program status, risks, and outcomes
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in program or project management, with a demonstrated track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Experience managing large-scale technology and operational integrations in a post-M&A context, including workstream coordination, system consolidation, and cross-entity alignment
- Proven hands-on approach to delivery and problem solving — you lead from the front, not from behind a slide deck, experienced with tools such as Confluence, JIRA
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to articulate complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to operate at both high-level strategy and granular execution
Qualifications
- Experience providing structure and governance in ambiguous, fast-moving, or non-structured working environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skills
- Preferred Background in cryptocurrency, digital assets, securities, or tokenisation
- Experience working within a regulated financial services environment
- Familiarity with exchange platforms, trading infrastructure, or fintech ecosystems
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification (not required but valued)
Benefits
Bullish US LLC & CoinDesk Inc. are committed to offering competitive compensation and benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $200,000 - $250,000 + discretionary annual target bonus + performance incentives/benefits.
Schedule
This position will be required to work onsite at our NYC office a minimum of 4 days per week.
