Guarantees the availability of the project specifications within the platform team.

Optimizes resource visibility and project plan

• Ensures visibility of the resources (FTE, OPEX, CAPEX) requested by current and future projects.
• Targets relevant optimization of the project plan.
• Ensures progressive optimization of the project plan.

Coordinates and prepares EFP

• Coordinates the Platform Team in elaborating all the costs necessary to prepare the EFP.

Maintains project progress and customer satisfaction

• Makes regular updates to the customer regarding the project status to ensure customer satisfaction.

Monitors and implements project changes

• Maintains monitoring of the assessment and introduction of changes to the project.
• Before and after SOP, monitors the feasibility analysis, cost estimate, planning, and implementation activities.

Ensures project compliance

• Ensures project compliance with relevant company procedures (Stargate).
