Program Manager
About the role
The Program Manager will oversee mission-planning modernization efforts across Air Force, Joint, and Coalition environments. Key responsibilities include leading project development from concept to deployment, managing budgets and schedules, and coordinating with diverse stakeholders.

Requirements
- 12+ years of experience managing large-scale DoW efforts valued at over $200M
- Experience with Combat Air Forces or Mobility Air Forces operations
- Knowledge of DoW project or program management practices
- Ability to engage with clients to collect, understand, and define their IT requirements
- Experience supporting AFLCMC, PEO C3BM, or C3M programs
- Knowledge of Agile, SAFe, and Lean-Agile portfolio practices
Qualifications
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Nice if you have: 8+ years of experience managing a dispersed workforce, experience supporting AFLCMC, PEO C3BM, or C3M programs, ITIL 4 Foundation and Managing Professional Framework Certification, TS/SCI clearance, Master's degree in STEM or Management
Skills
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Experience with cloud-native microservices and legacy workstation-based systems
- Proficiency in Agile, SAFe, and Lean-Agile portfolio practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Experience with mission-planning ecosystems and integrating planning tools with C2, intelligence, and threat-driven data sources

Pay
The estimated annual salary range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
Employees are expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently, in alignment with leadership expectations and the needs of the role. Onsite work is expected for this position.
