Responsibilities
- Provide expertise in planning, executing, and closing strategic projects such as Systems Integration, New Product Development, and Supply Chain-related initiatives, covering all phases from pre-initiation planning through post-production hypercare.
- Manage multiple, complex projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior leaders, ensuring completion within approved schedules, budgets, scope, and quality thresholds.
- Adhere to industry-standard SDLC methods, PMO standards, and company business processes, including familiarity with Stage Gate approaches for new project development.
- Ensure clear, concise communication and effective collaboration to align projects with strategic programs and priorities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, needs, expectations, and success criteria among executive sponsors, project leadership, key stakeholders, and project teams.
- Effectively manage risk, including developing mitigation plans, monitoring, and reporting, while ensuring transparency for project needs and requirements.
- Proactively manage project change requests, assess impacts, and secure approval from project sponsors, leaders, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance, identify and resolve issues, and escalate as needed via project sponsors and key business stakeholders.
- Drive timely decision-making with stakeholders and anticipate critical path tasks.
- Collaborate with other Project Managers to apply best practices and reinforce standard PMO tools and processes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related fields preferred.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Minimum of three to five years of relevant experience in Project Management or Innovation Project Management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Expertise in process improvement and SDLC projects.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).

Travel
