This role serves as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams, ensuring alignment from strategy through delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise with a background in product management and engineering, enabling them to navigate technical complexity, influence decision-making, and accelerate business outcomes.
What you'll do & how you'll make your mark

- Technical Program Management: Partner closely with engineering teams to understand architecture, platform investments, and technical dependencies; facilitate discussions involving system design, technical debt, scalability, reliability, and platform modernization; ensure technical initiatives remain aligned with product strategy and organizational objectives; translate complex technical concepts into clear business context for executive and non-technical stakeholders
- Stakeholder Communication & Reporting: Build executive-level visibility into program health, roadmap progress, risks, and key decisions; develop concise status updates, business reviews, and leadership presentations; drive governance processes and decision-making frameworks for strategic initiatives; proactively escalate risks and provide actionable recommendations
- Process, Tools & Continuous Improvement: Own and maintain program artifacts, roadmaps, project plans, and documentation within Jira and Confluence; establish and enforce best practices for work management, sprint planning, dependency tracking, reporting, and documentation across Product and Engineering teams; develop dashboards, reports, and workflow processes that provide visibility into roadmap progress, delivery health, and team performance; drive improvements in planning, estimation, prioritization, and execution processes; champion data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across Product and Engineering teams
