Program Manager

About the Role

Bluehawk is seeking a Project Manager (PM) to work with the COR on all matters relating to the activities of this SOW. This PM shall be considered Key Personnel and shall not be one of the technical Contractors. The PM shall have the authority to act on behalf of the Contractor for all matters regarding this contract.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the government's first point of contact for addressing any contract or Contractor issues
• Facilitate (or assign someone to facilitate) the in-processing of new employees and out-processing of departing employees at specific work sites
• Facilitate initial badge issuance or collection of identification badges
• Facilitate issuing or cancelling of systems accounts

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree
• Solid working knowledge of the range of functions outlined in this SOW
• Ten (10) years of experience working in the Intelligence Community

Additional Information

The Contractor shall also identify an alternate PM, who shall have the same qualifications as the PM and be considered Key Personnel. The alternate PM can be dual-hatted. Either the PM or alternate PM shall facilitate (or assign someone to facilitate) the specified processing activities.
