Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead teams focused on both company growth and client delivery.
• Employ structured project management/process methodologies to meet goals and targets.
• Effectively communicate and execute against program and company objectives.
• Exhibit strong communication skills, with the ability to lead and resolve conflict to meet revenue and growth goals while ensuring quality.
• Demonstrate stakeholder management skills, developing and maintaining strong relationships.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for changes to program scope, timeline, or budget.
• Utilize influential skills to translate client vision and drive project activities to successful outcomes, shaping client success outcomes and metrics.
• Serve as a trusted partner, advising clients on strategic vision and direction.
• Recognize issues and conflicts, problem-solve solutions, and strategically turn barriers into opportunities.
• Negotiate outcomes and agreements that benefit the project and company.
• Partner with technical and growth leaders to identify and drive organic and new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing technology service delivery projects.
• Working knowledge of Federal program execution.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex technology or data projects.
• US Citizenship or Green Card only – we do not offer Sponsorship.
• US Residency for at least the past 3 years.
• Able to meet the requirements to hold a position of Public Trust, including successful completion of a US Government background investigation.
• Medical or recreational marijuana use is considered illegal at the federal level, regardless of state laws, and may affect your ability to obtain Public Trust.
