Program Manager

About the role

The Program Manager serves as BAE Systems’ primary point of contact for the Government (KO/COR). They provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and accountability for all program management, financial, information management, and administrative support services. They lead a multidisciplinary team of 15+ employees, manage risk, and ensure all contractual deliverables (CDRLs) are met. They lead the reprioritization of work efforts to align with changing PMRF requirements, be involved in all aspects of the program and team members' work, and provide ongoing quality assurance. They maintain records of activities and work performed, and report them to the government in a Monthly Status Report.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Required Education, Experience, and Skills: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university; minimum 10 years of experience in a DoD leadership role (military, civilian, or contractor)
• Proven ability to lead teams in dynamic/unpredictable environments and effectively problem-solve

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Prior leadership experience specifically at a DoD Range or Major Range and Test Facility (MRTFB)
• Advanced degree in Management or Business Administration

Pay

Full-Time Salary Range: $149603 - $254317
