Program Manager
About the role
Manage multiple medical communications projects throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and support client communications.
Monitor project scope, risks, timelines, and budgets, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
Support proposal development, project scoping, and budget creation for new initiatives.
Track project finances, including forecasting, invoicing, reconciliation, and budget reporting.

Prepare project documentation, presentations, and client materials.
Drive operational excellence by maintaining accurate project records and supporting continuous process improvements.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of project or program management experience within medical communications, healthcare communications, or a related agency environment.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Strong organizational, financial, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Highly detail-oriented with exceptional time management and prioritization skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
