Program Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a Program Manager to lead major cross-functional initiatives. This role requires managing multiple stakeholder and vendor timelines, preparing executive-level status updates, and proactively addressing risks.
- Lead major cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholder and vendor timelines.
- Maintain and update project trackers, including deployment plans, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
- Oversee schedules across stations, vendors, and internal teams.
- Prepare executive-level status updates and leadership-ready presentations.
- Track action items, decisions, and open issues.
- Proactively and independently address risks and close out actions.
- Manage meeting logistics, agendas, notes, and follow-ups.
- Lead vendor coordination to ensure deliverables and timelines are met.
- Hold internal teams accountable to actions and provide timely feedback.
- Support the Project Coordinator.
Requirements
- Strong organization and follow-up skills.
- Detail-oriented and metrics-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Executive-level communication skills.
- Experience with multi-project, multi-stakeholder coordination and engagement.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of previous experience as a Project Manager, with experience in project coordination or in a PMO, supporting multi-site projects, and managing a portfolio of projects.
- PMP Certification is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar PM software, Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint is necessary.
Additional Qualifications
- A travel requirement of 20% is associated with this role.
- Aviation or airline industry experience.
- Experience supporting field deployments.
