Program Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a contractor to support Enterprise Performance Management initiatives. This role has a primary focus on the execution of the year-end (Q4) performance cycle, insights generation, and ongoing process, technology, and data support. The position will contribute to efficient cycle execution, deeper data analysis, and process improvements.
- Support analysis of the enterprise performance management cycle, including coordination, tracking, and issue resolution.
- Analyze performance rating distributions and trends across business units, roles, and levels to generate actionable insights.
- Partner with internal teams to identify themes, risks, and opportunities in performance outcomes.
- Support performance management technology and tools, including troubleshooting and optimization.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and datasets to support decision-making.
- Aid in process improvements, documentation, and scaling of performance management practices.
- Provide operational support for stakeholder inquiries and data requests.
- Contribute to the development of materials for leader communications, training, and enablement.
Experience
5–10 years of relevant experience is required. Experience supporting enterprise-wide processes or annual cycles, such as performance management or talent reviews, is necessary.
Technical Skills
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting HR or performance data and identifying trends are required. Experience with HR systems, reporting tools, and data visualization (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar) is also needed.
Additional Skills
Candidates must have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive, high-visibility environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, process discipline, and effective communication skills to translate data into clear insights for stakeholders. The ability to work across cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders at multiple levels is essential.
