Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development management.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Proficient in software development lifecycle processes.
• Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Trello, etc.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of software development methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, etc.

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
