Program Manager
About the role
The Project Manager leads launch initiatives and associated facility or process improvement projects from conception through completion. This includes project planning, execution, oversight, and closeout to ensure defined objectives are achieved while managing scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. The role emphasizes delivering business results such as operational readiness, commercial success, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 3+ years of program management/launch experience
- Understanding of APQP 5-phases
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred)
- Experience in Japanese manufacturing or language (preferred)
Work Environment
The work environment is primarily office-based within an automotive component supplier setting, involving interaction with multiple teams such as Engineering and Sales.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year. Individual compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
