We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for each section present. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. Do not repeat job title as heading. Do not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Keep substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Title: "Make an Impact Every Day to Shape Futures Program Manager" (but we don't repeat as heading) - Location: Abraxas Ohio, 2775 State Route 39, Shelby, OH 44875 - Employment type: Full-Time - Pay: $78,000 annually, DailyPay Available - About: paragraphs about mission etc. - Why Join Our Team? includes bullet list of benefits: Competitive Pay & Outstanding Benefits, DailyPay – access your earned wages before payday, Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance - Available on the first of the month following 30 days of employment, 401(k) Retirement Plan, Paid Time Off, Employee Assistance Program, Wellness Programs, Employee Referral Bonuses. - Paid Training & Career Growth: bullet list: Earn while you learn, Comprehensive paid training program, Career advancement opportunities throughout the organization, Leadership development and professional growth. - Meaningful Work That Matters: bullet list: Build relationships that change lives, Help individuals achieve personal goals, Support independence and self-confidence, Make a positive impact every day, Be part of a mission-driven organization dedicated to serving others. - What You'll Do: description and bullet list of responsibilities. - Who We're Looking For: bullet list of traits (compassionate etc.) - Qualifications: bullet list of requirements. - Schedule: Full-Time Shift: Varies Weekend Requirement: As needed Rotating on-call responsibility. - Additional: Start a Career with Purpose paragraph. - About Our Organization: paragraphs about Abraxas, Inperium, Apis Services. - EEO statements: we should remove. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. Likely sections: About the role? Actually there is "About Abraxas Youth & Family Services". Could be "About the role"? There's "About Abraxas Youth & Family Services". Also "Why Join Our Team?" could be Benefits? But we have separate Benefits section. The posting includes "Competitive Pay & Outstanding Benefits" etc. So we can create Benefits section with list. Also "Paid Training & Career Growth" could be a section maybe "Training & Development" or "Career Growth". But we need to use headings from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose appropriate ones. We have: - About the role: maybe combine "About Abraxas Youth & Family Services" and mission? Could be "About the role" but we have "What You'll Do" as responsibilities. Could treat "About Abraxas Youth & Family Services" as "About the role"? Not exactly but we can use "About the role" heading for description of organization and mission. - Responsibilities: from "What You'll Do" bullet list. - Requirements: maybe "Who We're Looking For" traits? Or "Qualifications". Actually we have both traits and qualifications. Could put traits under "Skills" or "Requirements"? The heading list includes Skills, Requirements, Qualifications. We can map: - Skills: the personal traits (Compassionate, Dependable, etc.) - Requirements: maybe the supervisory experience etc? Actually qualifications include education/experience etc. Could treat "Qualifications" heading for the formal qualifications (degree, experience, clearances, etc.) - Requirements could be something else? But we can decide to use Qualifications for the formal qualifications, and Skills for personal attributes. Requirements maybe not needed. - Benefits: list of benefits. - Pay: salary and DailyPay. - Schedule: shift info. We also have "Paid Training & Career Growth" could be under "Benefits" or separate section like "Training & Development" but not in allowed headings. Could incorporate into Benefits or maybe under "Qualifications"? Better to add as a subsection under Benefits? But we should not invent headings not allowed. However we can include a

paragraph for that content without a heading. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings. It says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". So we can create sections using those headings only. For other content like training, we can embed in a

under Benefits or maybe under About the role. But we need to preserve all substantive info; we can't omit training info. So we need to include it somewhere. We could create a section "Benefits" and include training as part of benefits list. That seems reasonable: "Paid Training & Career Growth" is a benefit. Similarly "Meaningful Work That Matters" could be part of "About the role" or maybe a separate section like "Skills"? Not exactly. Could be part of "About the role" as description of mission. We need to avoid duplication. Let's outline:

    • Meaningful Work That Matters: Build relationships that change lives, Help individuals achieve personal goals, Support independence and self-confidence, Make a positive impact every day, Be part of a mission-driven organization dedicated to serving others
But note: "Competitive Pay & Outstanding Benefits" is vague; we have separate Pay section. Might be redundant. Could keep but it's a benefit heading. However we should avoid filler like "Competitive Pay & Outstanding Benefits" without specifics; but we have Pay section separate. Could still include as a benefit but it's vague. The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. For Benefits section, we have actual specifics: DailyPay, Medical etc. So it's okay. The "Competitive Pay & Outstanding Benefits" is a bit generic but it's stated. We'll keep. We also need Pay section: salary $78,000 annually, DailyPay Available.

    Pay

    $78,000 annually. DailyPay available.

Schedule section: Full-Time Shift: Varies Weekend Requirement: As needed Rotating on-call responsibility.

    Schedule

Full-Time. Shift varies. Weekend requirement: as needed. Rotating on-call responsibility.

We might also include location? Could be part of About the role or a separate paragraph. Not required heading. We can add a

with location and employment type. We should not include duplicated lines, boilerplate, EEO, etc. Check for any duplicated content: The "Why Join Our Team?" section we turned into Benefits. The "Paid Training & Career Growth" and "Meaningful Work That Matters" we included as list items under Benefits. That may be okay but they'd be long list items containing multiple sentences; maybe better to split into separate list items. But we can keep as one item with sublist? Not allowed to nest

      inside
    • ? Could but might be messy. Better to separate: each bullet as separate benefit. Let's break: Benefits list items: - Competitive Pay & Outstanding Benefits - DailyPay – access your earned wages before payday - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance - Available on the first of the month following 30 days of employment - 401(k) Retirement Plan - Paid Time Off - Employee Assistance Program - Wellness Programs - Employee Referral Bonuses - Paid Training & Career Growth - Earn while you learn - Comprehensive paid training program - Career advancement opportunities throughout the organization - Leadership development and professional growth - Meaningful Work That Matters - Build relationships that change lives - Help individuals achieve personal goals - Support independence and self-confidence - Make a positive impact every day
