Program Manager - AP/AR Lead

The Council’s Finance Department provides agency-wide financial, administrative, and operational services including accounting, financial reporting, payroll, Council operating and capital budget, risk management, and treasury functions. The Program Manager, Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Lead serves as the manager's primary operational support resource by providing technical expertise, coordinating assigned operational activities, assisting with AP approval groups, supporting process improvements, and guiding staff on day-to-day operational matters. This position helps ensure the efficient, accurate, and compliant administration of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions while promoting consistency, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer service across the organization. Minimum Requirements:Any of the following combinations of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting operations, and completed education (degree field of study in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field):A high school diploma/GED with eight (8) years of experience.An associate degree with six (6) years of experience.A bachelor's degree or higher with four (4) years of experience.
