As we continue to expand our cloud and enterprise business globally, we are seeking a Program Manager, Americas to play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives, understanding our customers’ needs and business objectives, defining success, and ensuring AlgoSec exceeds expectations through the development and delivery of effective solutions.

Reporting To: Manager, Project Management, Americas | Location: Peachtree Corners, GA (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Lead customer workshops to achieve project goals, working cross-functionally to develop holistic solutions and establish best practices using AlgoSec technologies.
• Orchestrate and synchronize multiple workstreams across different functions within AlgoSec, ensuring alignment and effective execution of strategic initiatives, both internally and with external stakeholders.
• Build trusted, strategic advisor relationships with customers, accelerating solution adoption, supporting successful production deployment, and helping customers realize sustained business value from AlgoSec.
• Provide clear, effective communication to customer stakeholders and executives throughout the engagement lifecycle.
