About the role
Reporting to the Manager, Project Management, Americas, this role is based in Peachtree Corners, GA (Hybrid). The Program Manager, Americas will drive strategic initiatives, align solutions to customer business objectives, and ensure AlgoSec delivers sustained value across complex enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer workshops and discovery sessions to define project goals, validate use cases, and establish best practices using AlgoSec technologies.
- Orchestrate and synchronize multiple cross-functional workstreams to execute strategic initiatives, both internally and with external stakeholders.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with customer executives, accelerating solution adoption and supporting successful production deployment.
- Provide clear, executive-level communication throughout the engagement lifecycle to customer stakeholders and internal teams.
- Manage collaboration between customers, partners, and internal teams to drive successful project outcomes and sustained business value.
- Oversee multiple related customer projects from planning through production, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Serve as the voice of the customer across AlgoSec, addressing needs, resolving issues, and supporting retention and customer satisfaction.
- Support pre-sales activities by partnering with Account Managers, developing Statements of Work and Jump Start Packages, and managing subcontractors in accordance with established terms.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Program Management experience or related roles with a track record of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
- Direct experience working with outbound customers and engaging Director-level leaders and above.
- Experience in large technology or enterprise environments.
- Background in IT or cybersecurity preferred, with familiarity in firewall administration and configuration.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; proactive relationship builder and problem solver.
- Adaptable, results-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure while managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, processes, and best practices.
- Ability to balance strategic perspective with attention to detail, using critical thinking to ask probing questions and understand customer needs.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate risks and dependencies, implement mitigation plans, and escalate issues effectively.
- Strong consultative leadership skills with the ability to influence decisions across complex stakeholder groups.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
Nice to Have
- PMP Certification.
- Exposure to Process Improvement Disciplines such as Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma.
- Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills; Portuguese particularly beneficial for supporting projects in Brazil.
A reasonable estimate of the OTE for this role at the time of posting is $100,000–$120,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, training, and certifications.
