Program Manager (Aging Services)

About the role

Provide coordination of services and outreach to older adults who are registered to Isaacs Center programs. Develop, maintain, and continually update a schedule of programs and supportive services in alignment with the vision and contractual obligations for NYC Aging Contracts.

Responsibilities

• Support in maintaining behavioral and operational challenges that arise.
• Serve as liaison between specialists, consultants, volunteers, interns, supplemental service providers, property management, and other community stakeholders.
• Conduct outreach to share program services and offerings to new and potential members.
• Supervise program support staff.
• Ensure compliance with NYC Aging, NYSOFA, and internal requirements as needed.
• Work closely with NORC Program Manager to create programming opportunities and increase engagement.

Pay

$66,300–$70,000 per year.
