About the role
TikTok Monetization team is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive growth and build the next-generation monetization platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical foundation, problem-solving skills, and entrepreneurial spirit.
Responsibilities
- Support strategy planning and own disciplined execution for TikTok Monetization initiatives and key projects.
- Take an ambiguous problem, clarify its scope, and design a detailed project plan to solve it, by exercising sound technical and business judgment.
- Build effective and transparent communication channels to align and partner with internal as well as external stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Work with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the organization's efficiency and velocity.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in consulting or project management, 5+ years of experience in hands-on large scale software development.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in building or leading software RD teams, experience in leading large scale software development projects, experience in implementing SDLC process for large teams.

Job Information
- Compensation Description (Annually): The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $134,400 - $235,600 annually. Compensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
- Benefits: Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
