About the role

We are looking for an Accounting Operations Program Manager with a strong finance and accounting background (Accounts Receivables/Payables) to lead cross-functional initiatives focused on finance, ERP optimization, and process automation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, accruals, expense reporting, and end-of-month (EOM) reconciliation processes to support faster and more accurate financial close
  • Review and reconcile accounts payable (AP) transactions and vendor statements and GR/IR including recon triage calls, features engaging with cross functional teams
  • Lead end-to-end program management of AR & AP initiatives, including accounting automation and financial systems improvements
  • Drive cross-functional projects across Finance, Accounting, Data, Engineering, and IT teams
  • Support initiatives related to financial data governance, reporting automation, and operational scalability
  • Manage programs related to ERP optimization, system integration, and financial reporting infrastructure
  • Translate finance and accounting business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with engineering and systems teams
  • Cook up program roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders

Requirements

Required:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years of revenue/accounts payable accounting experience
  • 5–10 years of experience in program management, finance transformation, financial systems implementation, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of financial processes such as financial close, reconciliations, cost accounting, accounts payable, purchasing, and financial reporting
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Experience working on finance automation, accounts receivable, book close, accounts payable, inventory cost accounting, and opex processes
  • Experience maintaining AP records and performing reconciliations in QuickBooks, Intuit, or similar accounting platforms
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., PivotTables, XLOOKUP, Power Query) and familiarity with data analytics, SQL, or business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Background in FP&A, accounting operations, or financial analytics
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or PMP are advantageous

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., PivotTables, XLOOKUP, Power Query)
  • Familiarity with data analytics, SQL, or business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)

Pay

Expected Compensation: $112,000 - $217,200/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
