About the role
The Program Manager - Access is responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of access programs designed to support students in their educational journey.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute access programs to ensure equitable opportunities for all students.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve program effectiveness.
- Monitor program outcomes and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in education policy, program management, or a similar field.
- Strong understanding of educational equity and access issues.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel or similar software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
