About the role

The Program Manager - Access is responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of access programs designed to support students in their educational journey.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute access programs to ensure equitable opportunities for all students.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve program effectiveness.
• Monitor program outcomes and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in education policy, program management, or a similar field.
• Strong understanding of educational equity and access issues.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
