About the role
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking an AI-native, self-starter, and detail-oriented Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced data analytics team. In this role, you will provide data-driven decision support and analysis for OCI’s largest products and programs, taking ownership of significant portions of the data ecosystem that OCI runs on.
Responsibilities
- Own areas of the business by building custom analysis and dashboards to drive stakeholders to action, including reporting on cloud capacity delivery optimizations, analyzing third-party datasets for market insights, and conducting ad hoc deep dives into product customer profiles.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for key business areas, simplifying complex topics for stakeholders.
- Collaborate within a team that covers and backs each other up across multiple domains.
- Build and develop relationships across organizations, proactively reaching out to teams to foster new connections.
- Improve current processes related to people, tools, and data, including refining datasets, processes, or reports.
- Create intuitive, user-friendly reports for customers.
- Develop performant and robust SQL data pipelines.
- Drive efforts to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the leadership team.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of relevant experience.
- Technical experience in data analytics, data pipelines, and SQL.
- Passion for quickly learning new areas and explaining complex concepts simply.
- Ability to work with key stakeholders to drive resolution.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven technical project reporting skills.
- Experience managing technical projects in highly ambiguous environments.
- Business awareness, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, and analytical skills.
- AI-native mindset.
Pay
Hiring range in USD: $64,400 - $166,100 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
