About the role
This is an opportunity to join a high-visibility program structured to identify and accelerate the growth of high-potential content creators. The program assists selected creators in expanding their distribution, monetization capabilities, and overall platform reach. Following strong preliminary performance, the program is scaling its operations and requires an experienced Program Manager to help evaluate and onboard a new cohort of creators.
Responsibilities
- Track and document instances of cross-platform creator advocacy and report key success stories to leadership.
- Refine selection messaging, communication protocols, and engagement frameworks across the program lifecycle.
- Identify high-potential creators by leveraging data analytics and nuanced cultural and audience judgment.
- Direct day-to-day program operations and coordinate cross-functional alignment across internal teams.
- Maintain detailed oversight of cohort metrics, monitoring reach, distribution, and content quality.
- Utilize performance dashboards and market research to monitor engagement dynamics and cultural trends.
Requirements
- A deep understanding of US and Canadian cultural landscapes, with the ability to identify content creators who resonate across diverse demographic segments.
- Demonstrated track record of managing complex, high-profile initiatives while making sound strategic business decisions.
- Proven capability to influence, align, and drive deliverables across diverse organizational stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
- A self-directed operating style with the ability to function effectively within a lean team structure and leverage emerging technologies independently.
- Basic product acumen is beneficial to complement cultural judgment and leadership capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience at a large technology company is advantageous to enable rapid navigation across Product, Marketing, and Partnerships organizations.
- Preferred industry backgrounds include the creator economy, media and entertainment, talent acquisition/management, or cultural strategy.
