About the role

A Program Manager is sought to serve as the operational backbone for a System Intelligence Program. This role focuses on owning the execution infrastructure that brings strategy to life. The position involves building a sustainable system, designing and piloting AI-driven coordination workflows, documenting processes, and producing a playbook for other teams. Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational backbone of the System Intelligence Program.
• Own the execution infrastructure that makes strategy real.
• Design and pilot AI-driven coordination workflows.
• Document what processes stay human-owned and why.
• Produce a playbook that other teams can adopt.

Requirements

Experience: 5+ years of program management experience, ideally in technology, marketing, or analytics organizations.

Skills

• Track record of driving alignment and outcomes across multiple teams without direct authority.
• History of building structure and process in ambiguous, fast-moving conditions.
• Strong written and verbal communication for status reports, playbooks, and stakeholder communications.
• Systems-thinking orientation.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize or redesign workflows.
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt engineering, agent orchestration, automation design).
• Track record of defining new functions, operating models, or organizational capabilities in emerging technology domains.
• Experience in the marketing and advertising ecosystem.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with the client's organization is a plus.
